Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing client relationships, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Analytical skills for conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
