About the Job: Job Title: IBM ITX Developer Skills : IBM ITX and IBM WebSphere Experience Required : 3-6 Years Location: Indore Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred 2. Job Description: Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced IBM ITX professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of IBM WebSphere and Java, specifically focused on integration and transformation solutions. This role requires a problem solver who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the design and implementation of complex IT solutions. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in IT and exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integration solutions using IBM WebSphere and ITX tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Utilize Java for application development and custom integrations within the IBM environment. Conduct performance testing and optimization of integration applications to ensure reliability and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IBM WebSphere and Java applications. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications. Document technical specifications, processes, and integration workflows. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Engineering or related field. 3 to 6 years of experience working with IBM WebSphere and Java. Strong understanding of integration technologies and data transformation methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts. Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 3.
