The successful candidate will possess a strong background in IT and exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integration solutions using IBM WebSphere and ITX tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Utilize Java for application development and custom integrations within the IBM environment.Conduct performance testing and optimization of integration applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IBM WebSphere and Java applications.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.Document technical specifications, processes, and integration workflows.Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Bachelor of Engineering or related field.3 to 6 years of experience working with IBM WebSphere and Java.Strong understanding of integration technologies and data transformation methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.3.
