About the Role

Blue Star is looking for a Deputy Manager - Learning and Development to lead and support strategic L&D initiatives, drive impactful learning experiences, and strengthen talent capability through program design, execution, and engagement.

Responsibilities

- Program Management: End-to-end ownership of leadership development and capability-building programs, including stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and impact measurement.
- Public Speaking & Facilitation: Confidently anchor sessions, moderate panels, and represent L&D in leadership forums.
- Content Design & Development: Create and adapt high-quality learning content, decks, toolkits, and program communication in line with business needs in collaboration with learning partners.
- LMS & Digital Learning: Manage and promote LMS usage, track engagement, and generate insights and device measures to improve adoption.
- Analytics & Reporting: Prepare impact reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify skill gaps and craft targeted learning interventions.

Qualifications

- MBA or Master’s in HR / Organisational Psychology / Learning & Development preferred.

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of experience in L&D CoE roles or a mix of HRBP + CoE (preferred).
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale programs simultaneously.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
