Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives. - Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service. - Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for campaigns. - Oversee the development of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and presentations. - Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement. - Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5-6 years of experience in marketing management or a related role. - Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. - Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Health Care Sector (Only)
