PRODUCTION MANAGER PEB Division Location Rohad Bahadurgarh SModi Infrasteel Pvt Ltd SModi Infrasteel is one of the fastest-growing and quality-driven Pre-Engineered Building manufacturers in North India With a strong commitment to prime-grade materials precision engineering and timely execution we continue to expand our production capabilities To strengthen our manufacturing team at our Rohad Bahadurgarh unit we are inviting applications for an experienced Production Manager PEB ROLE OVERVIEW The Production Manager will be responsible for end-to-end shop floor operations ensuring smooth production flow of PEB components including rafters columns mezzanine beams crane beams bracings and welded assemblies This leadership role demands technical expertise planning accuracy machine knowledge and strong team management skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Production Planning Execution Prepare and manage daily weekly and monthly production plans Coordinate with PPC Design QA QC and Dispatch teams Ensure timely completion of job orders with accurate workflow management Shop Floor Operations Management Oversee CNC cutting beam line assembly welding fit-up and finishing Monitor machine utilization performance and preventive maintenance Maintain strict process discipline and productivity standards Quality Safety Compliance Ensure fabrication as per approved drawings and SOPs Work with QA QC to reduce rejections and maintain prime-grade output Implement and monitor safety guidelines across the shop floor Team Leadership Manpower Handling Manage supervisors operators fitters welders and support manpower Conduct daily briefings productivity reviews and skill improvement sessions Build a performance-driven and disciplined working environment Coordination With Management Provide clear production updates and highlight bottlenecks or risks Coordinate manpower requirements and machine equipment needs Drive continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Experience 5-10 years in PEB or Structural Fabrication mandatory Technical Knowledge Drawing interpretation BOQ understanding weld quality fabrication processes Familiarity with CNC cutting beam line shearing punching welding operations Leadership Team handling target delivery discipline management Professional Traits Responsible organized quality-oriented proactive WHAT WE OFFER Leadership opportunity in a fast-growing PEB manufacturing unit Exposure to advanced machinery and high-volume fabrication projects Structured professional and growth-focused work culture Competitive salary based on experience and performance HOW TO APPLY Send your CV to info smodiinfrasteel in 7042853529 Hiring ProductionManager PEB PreEngineeredBuildings SteelStructures ManufacturingJobs ProductionJobs EngineeringJobs SModiInfrasteel Rohad Bahadurgarh Fabrication QualityManufacturing SteelIndustry CareerOpportunity PlantOperations PEBIndustry Job Type Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
