We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr US Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a US Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for a variety of IT / NON-IT, Engineering-related technical positions. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of technology, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Sourcing and screening potential candidates for technical positions. - Communicating with US clients and candidates via phone, email, and other channels. - Understanding and utilizing Boolean search strings to optimise candidate sourcing efforts. - Familiarity with US visa requirements. - Conducting in-depth technical interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications. - Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to closing. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Ceipal and LinkedIn RPS - Working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: - Minimum of 4+ Years’ experience - Exceptional US Accent and communication skills. - Strong email writing skills and proficiency in MS Word. - Experience in cold calling and screening candidates. - Familiarity with ATS and Boolean search strings. - Ability to work nightshifts in accordance with US time zones. - Knowledge of the latest IT Technologies and updates. - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
