If you are confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and approach potential clients through calls, social media, and field visits. Pitch company services confidently and convert leads into paying clients. 2. Relationship Management Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Revenue Growth Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell services wherever possible. 4. Market Expansion Explore new business opportunities and partnerships. Understand market trends and competitors to contribute strategic ideas. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups. Submit daily and weekly reports to management.
