Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and monitor progress
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and collateral
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales support
- Maintain financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Order processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist Marcom in the preparation of promotional material and events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- B.E/ B.Tech Mechanical preferred, MBA & BBA are also eligible ; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
