Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, QA Automation Engineer - Agentic AI

In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsibilities

- Database testing using SQL preferably using SQL Server Management Studio for MSSQL server

- Test Automation, CI CD DevOps Integration, Performance and load testing, Security testing, Cloud and containerization, Test management and bug tracking AI/ML testing, Agentic Testing, Test strategey and planning

- Support the development of new test automation scripts and the uplift of existing to handle new features.

- An attitude to debug issues and provide solutions to the issues raised while testing and having a Can do attitude with an eye for Quality

- Mindset to be always tuned to collaboration across scrum teams and cross functional teams

- Aware of latest trending best practices, tools, techniques, tips, and tricks in automation testing

- Creation and execution of automation testing strategies and framework

- Automation initiatives to reduce functional defects and uncover performance problems early, well before code is released into production

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

- BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech

- Selenium, Java, experience developing API and

- Browser-based test automation

- Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Core java concepts

- Automation expertise in Cucumber/ Serenity BDD framework

- Problem Solving skills

- Hands on experience in agile and DevOps tooling like Jira, Bamboo, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD and ADO CI/CD is preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work as part of a global team

- Hands on experience in testing and understanding testing concepts

- Experience in defect management tools

- Experience working in Agile environment
