Designation: Assistant Manager
Office Location: Gurgaon
Position Description: We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing AdTech organization. In this role, you will focus on hiring top talent across non-technical functions such as sales, marketing, client success, analytics, operations, and business strategy. You will partner with business leaders to design recruitment strategies that attract high-performing professionals who can thrive in the fast-paced, data-driven advertising technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across sales, marketing, client services, and operations to define role requirements and design effective recruitment plans.
- Source talent using diverse methods including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, professional communities, and industry networking events.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidates end-to-end through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activities in the AdTech space.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for frequently hired roles (sales executives, account managers, media planners, campaign analysts, etc.).
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to strengthen employer branding and position the company as an employer of choice in the AdTech industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 47 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in media, advertising, or technology-driven industries.
- Proven success in hiring for client-facing and commercial roles (sales, account management, marketing, operations, analytics).
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting in the AdTech, Media, or Digital Advertising industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
- Certification(s) in recruitment or HR best practices.
