We are seeking a skilled SugarCRM/SuiteCRM Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CRM systems and the ability to customize and enhance SugarCRM/SuiteCRM applications to support our business processes.

Responsibilities

- Develop and customize SugarCRM/SuiteCRM applications to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Design and implement new functionalities within the SugarCRM/SuiteCRM platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system.
- Maintain and update existing CRM systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Integrate SugarCRM/SuiteCRM with third-party applications and services.
- Create and maintain documentation for CRM processes and customizations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in SugarCRM/SuiteCRM development (1-7 years).
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for CRM integration.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
- Understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
