Job Description Yoboho produces content across a wide range of formats, including: - Preschool & nursery rhymes (HooplaKidz, Teehee Town, All Babies Channel) - Next-gen viral animation IPs and digital storytelling brands ( Dumbly Deep ) and Kawaii style digital content - Factual, food, lifestyle and entertainment formats ( Deli Wow and Orbit - Beyond the Blue ) It is essential that the candidate start up mindset, entrepreneurial and can totally relate to the kawaii space: To further add to this - Awkward or funny everyday situations especially relatable visual animated narrative. We want to grow our on pages across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Giphy and Facebook. A few pages that you should look for before applying - Hooplakidz, Lab360, Dumbly Deep, Pop teen Toons. Role Overview This leader will be responsible for scaling Yoboho's digital presence globally across YouTube, Shorts, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms. The role combines content strategy, channel growth, analytics, operational excellence, team leadership, and monetization to build the next chapter of Yoboho's high-impact content universe. 1. Key Responsibilities1. Platform & Content Strategy - Lead 360 growth strategy for YouTube and social platforms across Yoboho's content verticals - Shape platform-specific strategies for preschool, animation, meme, kawaii, food, and factual content - Drive IP-first thinking to build scalable global digital content brands 2. Audience & Channel Growth - Scale subscribers, watch time, retention, engagement and cross-platform audiences - Lead experimentation on thumbnails, formats, hooks, trends, posting cadence and retention tactics - Leverage data to optimize global audience penetration and local content scaling 3. Content Operations & Execution - Oversee content pipeline, production calendar, publishing workflows, and quality benchmarks - Work with creative, animation, production, design, and editorial teams to scale output efficiently - Maintain strong guardrails for brand voice, content standardization, and IP development 4. Monetization & Business Expansion - Drive revenue through AdSense, partnerships, licensing, merchandise, affiliates, and platform monetization features - Support business development for content IP expansion, licensing, and revenue diversification - Explore new digital formats, platforms, and emerging content monetization models 5. Team Leadership & Culture - Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of creators, editors, analysts, content managers and strategists - Implement fast, clear, scalable workflows with strong ownership and accountability - Foster a start-up mindset focused on speed, innovation and experimentation 6. Community & Brand Positioning - Develop engagement strategies that strengthen fandom, repeat viewership and community love - Manage audience sentiment, loyalty building and long-term IP affinity Required Skills & Experience - 6+ years in YouTube growth, social media strategy, content operations, or digital media leadership - Experience scaling channels to 1M+ subscribers or 1B+ annual views (preferred) - Strong knowledge of YouTube & social algorithms, analytics, retention strategies, and content funnels - Background in kids, animation, memes, or digital-first entertainment content is a plus - Comfort leading large content portfolios and high-volume publishing environments - Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action, speed and innovation Preferred Traits - Excited to build digital IP and viral content franchises - Hands-on leadership with a creator-first mindset - Data-driven yet creatively instinctive - Comfortable operating in fast-moving, results-oriented environments KPIs & Success Metrics - Subscriber growth, monthly viewership, and audience retention - Engagement, CTR, shares, and content virality - Monetization growth and revenue diversification - Operational efficiency and publishing scale - Global audience expansion and IP traction Work Environment - Fast-moving, creative, entrepreneurial, future-focused digital media culture - Based in Mumbai, working with global audiences and cross-platform digital ecosystems Company Overview Yoboho (YoBoHo New Media Pvt.
