We support Deloitte client service teams of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate with leading insights providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business solutions Position Summary Level: SAP ABAP Consultant As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do: As an SAP ABAP Consultant, you will develop programs across all RICEFW components and process areas, ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with our CMMI-certified standards. Responsibilities include reviewing functional specifications, preparing technical documentation, translating requirements into efficient code, and performing thorough technical unit testing. You will be accountable for maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the build phase and actively participating in review processes, including self and peer reviews. - Collaborate with functional teams for issue resolution - Track timesheets accurately - Use project management tools as trained - Capture minutes of meetings (MOM) during technical reviews - Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Work effectively within structured, process-driven environments The Team: Deloitte's SAP Service Line is among the world's largest, with 8,000 global practitioners and over 1,700 SAP implementation projects completed. Qualifications: Must have Skills: - 3-6 Years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP - Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementation projects - Proficiency in core ABAP areas: - Reports (including ALV) - Interfaces (file-based; optionally IDOC, ALE, etc.) - Enhancements (User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI; optionally BTE, Enhancement Framework in S/4HANA) - Adobe Forms - Conversions (including BDC, BAPI; optionally LSMW) - Experience in Core Data Services (CDS) development - Technical involvement in at least one full-cycle implementation project - Good understanding of the Functional Processes - Experience of writing technical specification document - Good communication skills Good to have Skills: - Experience in any additional skill area such as Integration, SAP UI5, SAP BTP, MDG, or EWM Technical Must Have Skills : SAP ABAP+ (BTP/UI5/O Data/CDS/TM/BRIM/VIM/Public Cloud) This is a Fixed Term role for 18 Months Education: - BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: - Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata #FY26SAPJobRolesDeloitteUSI Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
