The Blister Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining blister packaging machines. Day-to-day tasks include machine setup, adjusting settings according to product specifications, conducting quality control checks, troubleshooting any issues, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications - Experience in operating and maintaining blister packaging machines - Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols - Attention to detail and quality control skills - Technical skills for adjusting machine settings and performing minor repairs - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus - Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is an advantage
