The ideal candidate will design and develop backend systems and APIs, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability while collaborating with a team of talented engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python, Django, and FastAPI. - Build and manage PostgreSQL/SQL databases efficiently. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external use. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues effectively and in a timely manner. - Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of growth and learning. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of backend development experience. - Proficient in Python, Django, FastAPI, and SQL/PostgreSQL. - Strong experience in building RESTful APIs. - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and cloud platforms is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
