Key Responsibilities:Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services, APIs, and databases.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Support the integration of front-end elements with server-side logic.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications for performance.Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements.Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).Participate in code reviews and weekly team meetings.Required Skills & Qualifications:Basic knowledge of backend programming languages such as Python, , Java, PHP, or Go (choose your preferred languages).Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).Knowledge of Git/GitHub is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, , Spring Boot, or others.Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Basic knowledge of Docker or containerization.Internship Benefits:Gain real-world experience working on live backend projects.Mentorship from experienced developers.Opportunity to build a strong technical portfolio.Flexible working hours (if remote).Stipend provided after the first 4 months, based on performance review and contribution.Possibility of a full-time job offer based on overall internship performance.Performance Evaluation Criteria (After 4 Months):Code quality and consistencyProject contribution and task completionProblem-solving capabilityCommunication and teamworkResponsibility and meeting deadlinesJob Types: Part-time, Fresher, InternshipContract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 40 per week
