RPA Lead Manager – UiPath

As we accelerate our transition from traditional RPA to Agentic Process Automation, we are expanding our leadership team with a seasoned RPA Lead Manager who can architect, drive, and scale automation programs across large enterprises. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced RPA Lead Manager with deep expertise in UiPath, including its Agentic Automation capabilities, Automation Cloud, Document Understanding, AI Center, Integration Service, and UiPath Apps. This is a leadership + delivery + strategy role where you will: - Lead a team of UiPath developers and solution architects - Engage directly with enterprise clients - Build automation roadmaps and govern CoE-level delivery - Drive adoption of Agentic Architectures for next-gen automation You will be the primary owner of client success, team performance, technical excellence, and automation program growth. Key Responsibilities1. Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership - Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise RPA/Automation programs. - Work closely with client stakeholders (CIO/CTO/Finance/Operations leaders). - Define automation strategy, roadmap, and pipeline expansion. - Ensure KPI adherence, quality governance, and SLA compliance. 2. Technical Leadership (UiPath + Agentic AI) Guide the design and architecture of advanced automation solutions using: - UiPath Studio / StudioX - Orchestrator & Automation Cloud - UiPath Apps - Document Understanding - AI Center / Autopilot - UiPath Agentic Automation frameworks - Troubleshoot complex automation challenges with hands-on expertise. - Build and maintain reusable frameworks, components, and standards. 3. Team Management - Lead and mentor developers, BAs, and automation testers. - Perform code reviews, design reviews, and ensure best practices. - Manage resource allocation, skill development, and performance reviews. 4. Program & CoE Governance - Set up and run an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). - Define standards for pipeline management, assessments, prioritization, and delivery. - Introduce governance models, documentation standards, and process control plans. 5. Agentic Automation Expansion - Drive the evolution from traditional RPA → IPA → Agentic Automation. - Work with LLM engineers to integrate UiPath with GenAI capabilities. - Architect autonomous workflows blending: - UiPath RPA - LLM agents - API systems - Knowledge sources (RAG) - Decision orchestration frameworks Required Skills & Experience - 8–12+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in UiPath automation. - Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise RPA solutions. - Strong understanding of agentic automation and LLM-powered workflows. - Experience leading delivery teams of 5–20 members. - Strong understanding of enterprise processes across Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc. - Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders. - Deep familiarity with SDLC, agile methodologies, DevOps for RPA. - UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer, Solution Architect) strongly preferred. Nice-to-Have - Experience integrating UiPath with GenAI / GPT / Azure OpenAI. - Exposure to Process Mining (UiPath Process Mining / Task Mining). - Knowledge of enterprise platforms: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday. - Previous experience building automation CoEs. - Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
