Location: Chandigarh / Mohali (On-site)Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 4–8+ YearsAbout AuxiliobitsAuxiliobits is a global AI, Automation, and Agentic AI services company helping enterprises accelerate digital transformation through advanced RPA, LLM-powered automation, and next-generation Agentic Process Automation frameworks.With delivery centers in India, Dubai, and clients across the US, Canada, UAE, and Europe, we build scalable enterprise automation systems for industries including Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, Retail, and Real Estate.We are expanding our Automation Center of Excellence and seeking a Senior UiPath & Agentic Automation Developer to lead complex automation implementations and push the boundaries of next-gen AI-driven automation.Role OverviewThe Senior UiPath & Agentic Automation Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade UiPath automations while integrating modern Agentic AI (LLM-driven workloads) to create autonomous workflows.This is a senior hands-on development position with responsibilities across solution design, development, optimization, and collaboration with architects, tech leads, and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities1. UiPath Development & EngineeringBuild, configure, and deploy complex UiPath automations using industry-standard frameworks (including REFramework).Develop reusable automation components, utilities, and libraries for high reusability.Implement workflows using UiPath Studio, StudioX, Apps, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, AI Center, Integration Service, and Task Mining.2. Agentic Automation & AI IntegrationDesign and implement agentic workflows that integrate UiPath with:Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, BedrockLangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworksAPIs, business systems, and RAG pipelinesBuild autonomous decisioning workflows and contextual AI agents.3. End-to-End Solution DesignCollaborate with solution architects and tech leads to define automation architecture.Translate business requirements into technical workflows with clear documentation.Ensure automations are scalable, secure, maintainable, and enterprise-ready.4. Delivery & SupportWork on automation lifecycle including design, development, testing, UAT support, and deployment.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with support teams.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.5. Collaboration & MentorshipGuide and support junior developers within the automation team.Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and CoE initiatives.Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience4–8+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.Strong command of UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, exception handling, and enterprise workflow patterns.Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Python, or cloud services.Understanding of Agentic AI concepts:Autonomous agentsLLM tool-callingMulti-agent workflowsContext-aware decisioningStrong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory or must be completed within 3 months).Preferred / Nice-to-HaveExperience with GenAI tools and frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy.Experience deploying AI models using Azure/AWS services.Exposure to enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, EHR/EMR systems, or insurance platforms.Experience with Process Mining tools (UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining).Background in HyperAutomation or Automation CoE environments.What We OfferOpportunity to lead and build next-gen automations combining RPA + Agentic AI.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Growth paths into Solution Architect or Technical Lead.Work with global enterprise clients across industries.A collaborative and innovation-driven culture.
