Required Skills & Experience ● 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong focus on executive or leadership hiring ● Proven success in Sales or GTM Leadership hiring for U.S. markets (**must-have**) ● Expertise in headhunting, executive search, and passive talent sourcing ● Strong understanding of U.S. sales ecosystem — titles, compensation patterns, and cultural nuances ● Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and CRM tools ● Techno-functional hiring exposure within Digital, Data, AI, and Engineering domains preferred ● Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and present insights ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across time zones ● Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or HR certification preferred Soft Skills & Behavioural Traits: ✔ Strong executive presence and interpersonal communication ✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven ✔ “Hunter mindset” with rigor, resilience and passion for closing high-impact roles ✔ Emotionally resilient, with the ability to stay composed and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations ✔ Go-getter attitude with strong ownership and follow-through ✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision ✔ Data-driven problem solver who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution ✔ Sense of urgency, accountability, and pride in delivering excellence ✔ Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning What’s in it for You: ● Work directly with senior leaders and global business heads at Incedo. ● Be part of a strategic global hiring function shaping leadership pipelines for the U.S. market. ● Access to continuous learning via 100+ internal training modules and mentorship. ● Opportunity to grow into Global Leadership Hiring or Talent Intelligence roles. ● Hybrid flexibility, collaborative culture, and exposure to cutting-edge technology talent ecosystems.
