Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for developing the sales function within their designated area and geography, driving key business initiatives across government departments, commercial properties, and the builder segment. Key Responsibilities: Business Planning & Strategy: - Develop and implement strategic initiatives for government departments like CPWD, PWD, commercial properties, and builder segments. - Plan and strategize for short-term (0-6 months) and long-term (1+ year) sales growth. Sales & Business Development: - Identify and prospect potential business opportunities through large sites. - Engage with government departments, contractors, builders, architects, interior decorators, and retailers. - Maintain a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects. - Explore and onboard new clients, including builders, government institutions, repainting societies, and construction sites. Market Analysis & Competitor Tracking: - Collect and analyze area-level data to identify gaps and drive necessary initiatives. - Conduct market mapping and gather insights on customer needs, business ecosystem, and competition. - Track competitor activities and implement proactive strategies for competitive advantage. Project Management & Execution: - Provide expert consultation on painting solutions for project sites. - Implement project-specific initiatives and sales schemes. - Ensure material availability and seamless coordination with internal teams. - Address client concerns effectively, ensuring complete customer satisfaction within defined timelines. Team Leadership & Support: - Guide and support the frontline sales team to achieve business objectives. - Prepare and execute monthly business targets aligned with the overall sales budget. - This role requires strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to drive sales growth in the designated geography
