subrogation Job Name Sr Executive - Subro specialist Position Title Executive Band A2 ERP Full Position ID Reporting to Manager Location Site EXL India - Chennai Overview Skilled communicator with good logical reasoning skills who would be working on a B2B process In this role you will be responsible for contacting attorneys insurance companies and other third parties to facilitate the recovery of liens related to subrogation claims The Subrogation Caller will act as a liaison between our client and external entities to recover funds owed as a result of third-party liability ensuring a timely and efficient recovery process Qualifications 12th Grade Experience 3 to 6 years experience in an international voice process US Healthcare Experience preferred Communication Strong oral and written communication skills Working Hours 40 hours per week as Full-time employee Night shift Weekends Off Work Model Work from Office ONLY Location Chennai Skills and abilities Ability to communicate effectively Strong Command over English Enunciation ability Interpersonal skills like listening questioning intonating Self-driven result oriented team player Should possess right attitude patience and a habit of working hard Hands on experience in MS Office Suite Word Excel Solid analytical skills Curiosity and interest in analyzing understanding process in depth Proactive handling of files for potential recovery Interacting with US based attorneys insurance companies and hospitals Notifying other parties of the recovery interest conferring with them concerning settlement Maintaining accurate file documentation Responding timely to all electronic written and verbal communications Using available resources to investigate on paid claims Reviewing and evaluating accident or incident reports individual claims medical or other documents relating to funds paid Adhering to established settlement authority levels Evaluation Aggressive negotiation and recoveries Maintaining a high level of productivity Quality and confidentiality Should be capable of taking on additional responsibilities as a senior executive and contributing ideas to improve processes while developing the skills needed to progress to the next level as an assistant manager
