Job Description Job Description Summary The Cash and VCP Lead will manage global sourcing financial operations related to payments, working capital, and variable cost productivity (VCP). This role ensures accurate processing of cash advances, contract approvals, supplier onboarding/offboarding, and reporting of weighted terms and productivity metrics. The position requires strong financial expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to partner with global teams to optimize cash flow and drive cost efficiency. Job Description Responsibilities : - Manage payments and working capital processes. - Perform monthly journal entries (MJEs) for sourcing transactions. - Approve AP cash advances for India region and ensure timely push to segments. - Oversee contract approvals and compliance. - Prepare and publish Average Weighted Terms (AWT) reports. - Publish SWB and SPB reports for VCP tracking. - Handle supplier onboarding/offboarding and resolve queries with MUFG & JP Morgan. - Act as review lead for indirect VCP, ensuring backup standardization and ownership. - Drive improvements in cash flow management and VCP reporting processes. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), or semi-qualified certification (e.g., CA Inter) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sourcing finance. - Strong knowledge of working capital management and sourcing finance. - Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Hyperion, and financial reporting tools. - Familiarity with supplier financing platforms and banking interfaces.
