Job Description Position: Inbound Technical Sales Specialist - Australia Shift (4am to 1pm) Process: International Voice Process - Technical Sales Vacancies Available: 5 Work Days: 5 Days a week Work Mode: Permanent Work from Home Payout: Rs 35,000 to Rs 55,000 per month + Sales Incentive. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A TECHNICAL SALES PROFILE. In our IT division, we provide on-site and online support for home and business users, along with other offerings. About the Role: - You will be handling inbound calls from Australian Customers seeking IT Assistance Tech Support. (No Cold Calling, PPC Calls Only). - You will be required to convert these calls into meaningful sales by offering One Time or Yearly Support plans. - Sales Target driven profile, therefore great incentives too. Essential Requirements for this role: - Previous experience in International Technical Sales profile is mandatory. - Ability to Diagnose problems related to printers, emails, routers, no internet, black screen, blue screen etc. The issues are fixed by a separate team and you do not need to provide support yourself. - Should have flair for sales and ability to handle high pressure sales environment. - Self Motivated with go getter attitude. - Excellent Verbal Communication Skills. - Should have a working computer, high speed internet and a Head Set with microphone.
