Job Title Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities - Project Planning and Execution Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with clients and design teams Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their vision and requirements are translated into actionable project goals Team Coordination Lead cross-functional teams including designers contractors and consultants to achieve project milestones Budget Management Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets resolving discrepancies as needed Quality Control Oversee all phases of project execution ensuring design standards and quality benchmarks are met Vendor and Contractor Liaison Source and negotiate with contractors suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective solutions Compliance Ensure all projects comply with local regulations building codes and safety standards Risk Management Identify and mitigate project risks addressing challenges proactively to minimize delays Reporting Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress budgets and key milestones Required Candidate Profile - Education Bachelor s degree in Architecture Interior Design Project Management or related field Experience 5 years of project management experience in commercial interior design or construction Technical Skills Proficiency in project management software e g MS Project Primavera or equivalent and design tools e g AutoCAD SketchUp Soft Skills Strong leadership organizational and communication skills ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Location Thane Job Type Full-time Pay 900 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Work Location In person
