Job Description

Position: Sales Consultant

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Reporting To: Boutique Manager

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant for Ligne Roset, a renowned French luxury furniture brand, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will engage with clients, understand their requirements, and provide expert recommendations from our premium product range. This role requires prior experience in luxury retail, strong sales acumen, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

- Assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored furniture solutions.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including product features, pricing, warranties, and delivery options.
- Promote and sell high-end furniture and lifestyle accessories.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.

Sales & Business Development

- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Build a strong customer pipeline by engaging proactively with potential buyers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize sales.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and track sales performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.

Store Operations

- Ensure the boutique is visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Keep accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are managed efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Provide insights to management on customer preferences, product demand, and sales opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor&aposs degree (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in retail sales, preferably in the luxury furniture or lifestyle industry.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
