Role Overview We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to act as the bridge between RoadCast and our clients. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, address inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service, maintain customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional post-sales support. - Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and help them understand product features and benefits. - Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to address queries and feedback. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure timely delivery of solutions. - Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly. - Organize product training sessions or demos for clients when required. - Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth. - Prepare regular client reports and share insights with management. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 12 years of experience in Client Servicing, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in the Telematics, SaaS, or Logistics Technology industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM tools. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. - A customer-first attitude and enthusiasm for building long-term relationships.
