We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Client Servicing [Executive/Manager]** to join our team. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, and fostering strong relationships to drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
- Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage client feedback and work on continuous improvement.

**Requirements:Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in making presentations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-oriented attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Pay: ₹11,788.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
