Grade: 12

Job position: Internal Communications Manager

Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore

Key responsibilities:

- Support local internal communications:

- Develop and execute internal communication plans tailored to the India region.
- Partner with local HR, business leaders and site teams to drive employee engagement and awareness of key initiatives.
- Coordinate and support local events, campaigns and announcements.

- Contribute to global communications programs:

- Collaborate with global communications leads on enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Adapt global messaging for local relevance and ensure timely delivery across appropriate channels.

- Content creation and editing:

- Draft, edit and proofread internal communications content including emails, newsletters, intranet posts and presentations.
- Ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with brand tone and messaging guidelines.

- Channel management:

- Help manage internal communication channels such as intranet, email newsletters, digital signage and collaboration platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements.

- Collaboration and alignment:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders including HR, IT, Facilities and Operations to gather content and align messaging.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with the broader internal communications strategy and brand voice.

- Project support:

- Assist in the planning and execution of internal campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide logistical and content support for town halls, leadership messages and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably in a global or regional role.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms from the Microsoft suite (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Yammer).
- A proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented mindset.
