About Carbon Craft Carbon Craft is a design material innovation startup on a mission to fight climate change by developing various carbon-negative building materials with tiles as the alpha product we have successfully completed 15000sqft of commercial deployment preventing 49TCO2e with early adopters like Adidas Royal Enfield Good Earth builders etc MARKETING MANAGER We are seeking an enterprising eccentric and intellectually promiscuous person to lead Marketing at Carbon Craft We are looking someone who is obsessed with great products good designs and creative aesthetics If you spend time thinking about design communication community culture and feel like your talents are not being adequately utilized where you currently are this role is for you Title Marketing Manager Experience 1-3 years of experience Time Commitment 2 years Start Date Immediately Salary As per industrial standards Work Location Bangalore Karnataka Apply at Apply at https forms gle kUgNhU3nrTzKzzPz6 joinus carboncraftdesign com Contact 91 8197814455 Key Responsibilities Brand Development Work on the ideation early development evolution of the brand identity for Carbon Craft and our upcoming projects products maintaining consistency across all design touchpoints while pushing the envelope on creativity and innovation Creating a Content Strategy Create visually stunning storytelling driven content for different mediums including websites tech products marketing collateral client decks social media and print- focused on different stakeholders we work with Team Building Work with the founders on building out a tribe of creative designers a Communications PR team who report to you in your team Deep Study Fast Implementation Stay current with AI trends design tools and upcoming technologies proactively applying new approaches to improve marketing spends and efficiently tracking impact The role involves having a distinct design perspective combined with constantly updating yourself with new ideas from the world of innovative building materials while also moving fast in delivering on deadlines Reading Communications The world of building materials is fast evolving This requires vast reading constantly writing out memos and planning for how to communicate our work to a number of different kinds of audiences If you re not fond of reading and are not adept at writing this is probably not for you What we are looking for Clear Voice Do you have a distinct aesthetic view on design and a fresh new perspective on how a science company should undertake marketing Interest in Science Climate Do you care about climate change Appetite for Chaos Can you manage working at a high-pressure fast-paced evolving startup Clear Thinking Can you communicate well in group settings Empathy Will you empower those you work with
