Role Description Designation Customer Service Officer Grade EB-1-officer EB-2-Assistant Manager Legal Entity Equitas Small Finance Bank Business Unit Retail Banking Division Emerging Enterprise banking Department Branch Operation Travel required Yes No if Yes please mark - Level of travel Occasional Level Individual Contributor Purpose of the role The position has been created to enable clear focus on verification of loan documents along with loan application Key Responsibilities Ensure Verification of Loan documents along with loan application Maintenance of branch and customer records Ensure updating of receipts and tele-verification Ensure maintenance of PDD register Ensure compliance to statutory requirements of the branch - registers and displays of charts posters Petty cash management key management Attend to queries of customers and ensure that timely response is provided Ensure timely banking of cash Ensure Compliance of cash receipting of field staff Enable the branch meet the branch objectives of disbursement Completion of document checks and tele verification on time Desired Experience Number of years of experience 01-05 years Type of companies sector worked for Private commercial banks and large NBFCs Fresher Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations Primarily Credit function Past experience in credit Collection side of CV Languages English Hindi local Language Computer technical skills Basic computer Knowledge MSCIT Qualifications Graduation Any graduation Post-graduation MBA would be an added advantage Professional Qualifications If any would be an added advantage Certifications If any would be an added advantage
