We are seeking a pleasant, professional, and well-organized Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to multitask while handling administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.Key Responsibilities 1. Visitor & Client Management Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner. Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. 2. Communication & Correspondence Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally; route calls to the appropriate staff or take messages when necessary. Respond to and manage daily email correspondence. Maintain updated contact information for clients, vendors, and staff. 3. Administrative Support Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Manage appointment schedules, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs. Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders when required. 4. Computer & Documentation Tasks Use basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and email software for office tasks. Prepare and update basic reports, documents, and spreadsheets. Support in preparing presentations or marketing materials as instructed. 5. Support for Marketing & Business Development Assist the marketing team with event coordination, promotional activities, and client follow-ups. Help maintain client databases and track communication records. Support in preparing business proposals and presentations when needed. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry). Ability to operate standard office equipment (telephone systems, printers, scanners). Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset.
