Job Description Savitri Telecom Services 5-10 Years 5-15 Lacs P.A. Delhi NCR Savitri Telecom Services is seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, performance, and development across the organization. Apply for this position Full Name * Email * Phone * Location (City) Upload Resume Roles And Responsibilities - Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that drive organizational success. - Set up and implement SOPs and policies. - Drive the establishment of KRAs and KPIs. - Oversee the entire employee lifecycle management process, from manpower planning and onboarding to offboarding, including key areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, induction, payroll, statutory compliance, grievance handling, leave and attendance management, performance appraisals, learning and development, and compensation & benefits. - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes, while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. - Lead employee engagement and reward programs by recognizing top performers and addressing Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cases. - Drive the organization-wide Training Needs Identification Program, define a competence framework across all grades, develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and ensure their tracking and monitoring with support from external consultants. - Manage employee benefits programs such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Insurance, GMC, GPA, and GTL, along with wellness initiatives. - Conduct system audits and ensure process adherence. - Handle certification and documentation processes for ISO, NSIC, Aadhar Udyog, and other business-related certifications. - Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits management, ensuring competitive and fair remuneration practices. - Monitor and report key HR metrics, including attrition rates, employee satisfaction, and talent acquisition efficiency, to support data-driven decisions. - Lead the development of a high-performance team by setting clear objectives, providing continuous coaching, and fostering a positive, collaborative work culture. The Ideal Candidate - Strong expertise in HR methodologies, with a proven ability to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with overall business goals. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing employees at all levels within the organization. - A strong understanding of employee needs, with the ability to translate these insights into effective business strategies that drive performance, engagement, and retention. - Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and managing high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture. - Hands-on experience in key HR functions such as talent management, employee engagement, performance appraisal, and organizational development. - Ability to navigate and address complex HR challenges, including change management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. - Knowledge of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry is highly desirable, with an understanding of its unique talent requirements and market dynamics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to drive HR decisions and improve processes. - A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across various business functions. All you need is - Any Graduate/Post Graduate, preferably B.Tech, Diploma, or B.Sc. in Electronics & Communications, with a diploma or degree in HR, Strategic Management, or a relevant specialization. - Proven 5+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent client-facing, presentation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization. - A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative in driving HR initiatives and achieving business results.
