Job Description

Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.

Customize and configure Power Apps applications to optimize performance.

Provide training and support to end-users.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps applications.

Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power Platform.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Power Platform.

Proven experience in implementing and managing Power Platform solutions leveraging different data sources (at least Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel online).

Strong understanding and development experience of Power Platform products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and functionalities.

Strong working ability with PCF components and custom connectors.

Strong understanding of SharePoint lists and document library.

Excellent data modelling skills.

Good experience in UI/UX.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI).

Experience with SQL development, JavaScript, and C#.

Understanding of business processes and workflows.

Ability to create detailed technical documentation.

Strong project management skills.

Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate with and influence others toward a shared vision or goal.

Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to adapt and be flexible as project conditions call for.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant or higher.

Experience with Power Platform integrations with external systems.

Knowledge of Azure services and cloud computing.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of data security and Compliance
