We are looking for a talented and proactive Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building low-code/no-code solutions, integrating data sources, and delivering insights through dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).

- Create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other data sources.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Power Platform solutions.

- Maintain documentation and provide support for deployed applications and reports.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

- Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture and Dataverse.

- Proficiency in SQL Server - writing queries, stored procedures, and data modeling.

- Experience with DAX, Power Query, and M language in Power BI.

- Familiarity with Common Data Service (CDS) and Connectors.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-300).

- Experience with Azure services, PowerShell, or custom connectors.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in governance and administration of Power Platform environments.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
