Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and build a database of potential clients across the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe.
- Initiate outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage potential clients.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and position our products as tailored solutions rather than just sales offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the internal team on proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
- Track, update, and analyze sales pipeline and performance metrics.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 25 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in raw materials, industrial products, or related sectors.
- Prior experience in handling international clients (USA, UK, Canada, Europe) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong ability to understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, lead generation methods, and online research for client acquisition.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently from anywhere in India.
- Flexibility to work partially during Europe hours and USA hours to engage clients effectively.
