Who We Are Looking For We're seeking a Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and execution. Someone who can use AI tools and design platforms to craft compelling content, shape our digital presence, and support our marketing campaigns from concept to completion. A get-things-done person who believes ideas are only as good as their execution and who can bring those ideas to life beautifully. Key Responsibilities - AI-Driven Content Creation: Use tools like ChatGPT, Gamma AI, and other generative platforms to develop campaigns, blogs, product narratives, and marketing decks. - Design & Branding: Create visually engaging designs and marketing materials using Canva while maintaining Ecocare's fresh, innovative brand language. - Email & Automation Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns via Mailchimp to engage audiences and nurture leads. - WhatsApp Marketing: Manage communication flows and promotional campaigns through WATI. - Social Media Management: Execute digital content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels to amplify Ecocare's brand voice. - Creative Strategy: Support storytelling for product launches, partnerships, and sustainability campaigns. - Analytics & Insights: Track engagement metrics, analyze campaign data, and recommend improvements for higher impact. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, R&D, and leadership teams to ensure all marketing aligns with Ecocare's growth narrative. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields. - Experience: 13 years in digital marketing, brand communication, or creative content creation. - Tool Proficiency: - AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gamma AI, and Midjourney (optional exposure). - Canva, Mailchimp, and WATI for campaign execution. - Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Workspace, and Excel reporting. - Language: Excellent written and spoken English; a flair for storytelling is highly valued.
