Hiring: Accounts Associate Location: Malad West, Mumbai (On site) Work Structure: • Working days: Monday to Saturday • Timings: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM • On site role, no remote option Compensation: INR 25,000-30-000 per month Please note that this role is structured for candidates in the early stages of their accounting career. If your current compensation expectations are higher or you are positioned at a mid or senior level, this role will NOT be aligned with your monetary expectations. About Us: Pentacle InfoEdge Solutions LLP is a fast-growing firm operating at the intersection of trading, operations, and financial services. We’re looking for an Accounts Associate who can not only manage numbers with precision but also think on their feet, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Handle: 1. Day to day accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger management 2. Bank reconciliation, payment processing, and vendor coordination 3. Invoicing, receivables tracking, and follow ups where required 4. GST and TDS working, filings support, and audit preparedness 5. Documentation, record maintenance, and compliance organization 6. Preparing basic MIS and reports for internal use 7. Coordinating with internal teams and clients professionally 8. Using tech tools to streamline work and improve accuracy 9. Solving problems independently instead of waiting for instructions Who Will Fit: 1. 6 months-1 year of accounts experience preferred 2. Strong communication and confidence in handling external interactions with bankers and other stakeholders 3. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software 4. Organized, reliable, and detail oriented 5. Quick learner 6. Someone who takes ownership and follows tasks to closure Why Join: 1. Direct exposure to business operations, and not just bookkeeping 2. Performance driven environment with growth for those who deliver Process: 2-3 rounds of interviews Skills and Background: - Solid analytical and account management skills to manage records and provide precise financial statements - Proficiency in communication for collaborating with team members, clients, and stakeholders - Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in standard office tools - Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining financial accuracy - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but certainly not mandatory. Strong practical accounting skills will matter more than formal qualifications - Prior experience in accounting and basic knowledge of securities market will be an advantage
