An HVAC sales and marketing engineer is responsible for generating and closing sales by identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and providing technical expertise Key duties include conducting site assessments preparing technical proposals and presentations collaborating with internal teams and developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills a deep understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to meet sales targets Key responsibilities Sales and lead generation Identify potential clients and new business opportunities build and maintain client relationships and generate sales leads through various channels Technical expertise Provide technical support and guidance to clients conduct site visits and assessments to understand their needs and deliver product presentations and demonstrations Proposal and contract management Prepare and deliver technical proposals quotations and sales contracts ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards Sales and marketing strategy Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive product sales build brand visibility and achieve sales targets Market analysis Conduct market research to identify new opportunities track competitor activity and stay informed on market trends Collaboration Work closely with design production and other sales teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction After-sales support Provide ongoing support to customers after the sale is completed including technical assistance Required qualifications Education A bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is often preferred Experience Proven experience in HVAC sales or a similar technical sales role is essential Experience with commercial HVAC systems is a plus Technical knowledge A strong understanding of HVAC systems solutions and products is crucial Skills Excellent communication presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills are required Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks is also necessary Other A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to travel are often required Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 22 719 77 - 86 485 89 per month Work Location In person
