Position Summary The HVAC Technician Assistant will support HVAC Technicians in the installation maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems This role based in Vijayanagar Toranagallu Ballari Karnataka is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in any field and an ITI qualification Key Responsibilities Assist HVAC Technicians Support technicians in installing maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems Handle tools and equipment as directed and assist in resolving system issues Material Handling and Setup Transport tools materials and equipment to job sites and organize them efficiently Set up work areas including ladders scaffolding and other required equipment Perform Basic Maintenance Tasks Replace air filters clean coils and perform basic maintenance under supervision Assist in testing and calibrating HVAC systems to ensure proper operation Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Communicate progress and any issues to the lead technician or supervisor Adherence to Safety Standards Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment PPE as required Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations during tasks Qualifications and Skills Education ITI Industrial Training Institute certificate in any field Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in any field with a preference for technical or maintenance roles Technical Skills Basic knowledge of tools and equipment prior exposure to HVAC systems is a plus Physical Fitness Ability to work in various environments and lift heavy equipment as needed Communication Skills Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team Learning Orientation Willingness to develop skills and grow in the HVAC industry Job Location Vijayanagar Toranagallu Ballari Karnataka Work Environment Work involves exposure to varying temperatures confined spaces and physical labor Flexibility in working hours including occasional overtime or weekend shifts Reports To HVAC Technician or Supervisor Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Ballari Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total work 1 year Required Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 12 2024
