Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a strong background in developing and deploying AI models in production environments. You will be responsible for building intelligent systems, creating data-driven models, and leveraging AI/ML algorithms to solve complex business problems. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and make a significant impact on our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.
- Work with large, complex datasets to extract insights, build predictive models, and improve decision-making processes.
- Develop and optimize algorithms in areas such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
- Implement and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, engineering) to integrate AI solutions into products and applications.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Evaluate model performance, tune hyperparameters, and ensure scalability and efficiency of models in production.
- Build and maintain automated machine learning systems, and stay updated on the latest AI research and tools.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in best practices for AI and machine learning engineering.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure AI solutions align with business goals.
- Provide regular updates and presentations on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of professional experience in AI and machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning (e.g., CNN, RNN), reinforcement learning, and other advanced AI techniques.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
- Expertise in working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Dask).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment and scaling.
- Experience with data wrangling and preprocessing using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques and hands-on experience in implementing neural networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and apply AI concepts to real-world problems.
- Experience in model deployment using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or MLFlow.
- Familiarity with APIs for integrating AI models into applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning or Graph Neural Networks.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Publications or contributions to the AI/ML community (e.g., research papers, open-source projects).
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in a commercial or production environment.
