Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for the fintech and banking sectors.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and data processing to build and deploy innovative applications.

Key Responsibilities :

NLP Model Development :

- Develop and implement NLP models (e.g, BERT, GPT) for text-based banking applications, including sentiment analysis, chatbots, and document processing.

- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases in the financial domain.

- Evaluate and improve the performance of NLP models using relevant metrics.

Machine Learning Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including predictive analytics, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.

- Implement supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms to solve complex problems.

- Conduct feature engineering and selection to improve model accuracy.

Data Processing and Analysis :

- Utilize data processing frameworks like Pandas and NumPy to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets.

- Extract and prepare data for machine learning model training and evaluation.

- Perform data visualization and reporting to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Software Development and Deployment :

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.

- Integrate AI/ML models into production systems.

- Work with version control tools (e.g, Git) to manage code repositories.

- Deploy and manage AI/ML applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Problem-Solving and Innovation :

- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies.

- Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions for the fintech industry.

Technical Skills :

Programming Languages :

- Proficiency in Python.

AI/ML Libraries and Frameworks :

- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

NLP Models :

- BERT, GPT, and other transformer-based models.

Data Processing :

- Pandas, NumPy.

Machine Learning Concepts :

- Supervised learning, unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering.

Version Control :

- Git.

Cloud Platforms :

- AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Preferred Skills :

- Time-series modeling for financial data.

- MLOps tools and frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker).

- Fintech or banking background.

- Understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance in banking.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 5+ years of total experience.

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development (internships and projects count).

Education :

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Personal Attributes :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
