Job Description Job Title: Consultant - Urban and Infrastructure Public Finance Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Urban Infrastructure projects. The successful candidate should have a strong background in transaction advisory, sustainability, and urban infrastructure development, with a proven track record of handling projects independently and supporting senior management in client presentations and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The candidate should have expereince of undertaking pojects in PPP (Sector agnostic), Housing, Mixed-use development, Land Monetisation and Circular economy sector.. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical expertise and analytical support for PPP and urban infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, bid advisory and project development. - Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, including presenting project outcomesto clients. - Undertake business development activities for urban infrastructure projects, including identifying new opportunities and developing proposals for PPP and other urban infrastructure projects in India and Africa. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to developproject proposal, including technical, financial, and teaming aspects. - Develop and manage financial models for the projects - Prepare high-quality reports, presentationsfor clients and stakeholders. Requirements: - 1-3years of experience in PPP, transaction advisory, sustainability, and urban infrastructure development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent report writing and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Sound knowledge of financial modeling and experience of working with Excel. - Strong business development skills, with experience in developing proposals and pitches for urban infrastructure projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
