Job Description

We are looking to hire a Circle Head HR for one of our leading clients based in Hyderabad

The incumbent would be responsible for

- HR Leadership & Business AlignmentDevelop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Labor relationsDeveloping and implementing an overall strategy for union handling, employee retention, grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, statutory compliance and labor policy, to support an excellent work environment and compliance with labor regulations.
- Lead/Oversee or Assist Region HR/IR leaders in executing labor strategy and all field activities within the Business Units.
- Organizational Development & Cultural IntegrationLead change management efforts, refine policies, and integrate HR processes with the broader group.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningEnsure strategic manpower planning and effective hiring to support business expansion.
- Employee Engagement & Capability EnhancementDrive initiatives to enhance employee experience and implement training programs to bridge current and future skill gaps.
- Operational Excellence in HREstablish structured, process-driven HR operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and best-in-class HR practices.

Education & Experience:

- MBA from a recognized institutewith13-17 yearsof HR leadership experience.
