About The Role - Architecture Planning: You will be involved in planning the overall architecture of the ServiceNow implementation. This includes designing the system architecture, defining data models, and establishing integration patterns with other systems and platforms. - Solution Design: You are responsible for designing the technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform based on the business requirements. This involves analyzing requirements, understanding the existing systems and processes, and designing solutions that leverage ServiceNow's capabilities effectively. - System Configuration: You will configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of the organization. This includes configuring various modules, defining workflows, creating business rules, and configuring integrations with other systems. - Technical Leadership: You will provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team. You will assist in the resolution of technical challenges, review code and configurations, and ensure adherence to best practices, standards and KPI's. - System Integration: ServiceNow often needs to integrate with other systems and platforms in an organization. As a Technical Architect / Lead, you will design and oversee the implementation of these integrations, ensuring data flows seamlessly between different systems. - Performance Optimization: You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of the ServiceNow platform. This involves identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, conducting performance testing, and implementing best practices to ensure optimal system performance. - Platform Upgrades and Maintenance: You will oversee the upgrade process of the ServiceNow platform to newer versions. This includes planning and coordinating upgrade activities, testing the compatibility of customizations, and ensuring a smooth transition to the upgraded version. - Governance and Compliance: ServiceNow implementations often need to adhere to certain governance and compliance requirements. You will ensure that the system design and configurations meet these requirements, such as data security, access controls, and regulatory compliance. - Stakeholder Management: You will interact with various stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. - Documentation and Training: It is important to maintain comprehensive documentation of the ServiceNow implementation, including system designs, configurations, and integration details. Additionally, you may be responsible for creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users and administrators. About You BTech, MCA Architect / Technical Lead with 10+ years overall IT experience Minimum of 7 years experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Completion of ServiceNow Fundamentals (Mandatory) Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/CSM) (Preferred) Completion of at least one of the following: Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, System Administration Advanced Telecom Domain Knowledge (Preferred) Agile methodology or SAFe is must (Scrum implementation) - ServiceNow ITSM & CSM certification required & ITIL certification preferable. Telecom background with interaction of customer over self-service portal. - Strong troubleshooting skills on ServiceNow platform and capability to propose new solutions to business problem. - Ability to build up good intimacy and partnership with the business What We Offer - Seamless integration with other portal applications using SSO. - Implementation of MFA & adherence to security recommendation as per organization guidelines. - Ability to work with aggressive schedules. - Ability to lead end to end delivery. - Follow Agile processes, groom user stories along with busiess & IT teams. - Prepare functional specification documentation - Support all analysis and design activities, and closely work with other teams involved in the project, including development team, testing team and business users - Prioritize requirements based on relative business importance - Work with developments teams - Perform functional testing - Support regression and integration testing - Take requirement related decisions - Groom the Product Backlog as and when needed. - Prepare users stories, which have details of technical (non-functional)) requirements as well. - Ensure delivery with business expectation (entrance criteria within user stories). - Participate in application evolution by contributing technical enhancement to the applications - Provide UAT support. - Provide third level support to production issues from assigned application within defined SLA. - Ddevelop business as well as technical knowledge on the applications. - Lead project review meetings to gain business confidence.
