Key Responsibilities - Calling IT job seekers and sharing relevant opportunities. - Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets. - Update candidate details accurately in the system. - Follow up with interested candidates for application or registration completion. - Maintain professionalism and consistent communication quality.
