The candidate should be detail-oriented, strong in coordination, and comfortable interacting with employees across levels. 🔹Key Responsibilities HR Operations (Primary Role) - Manage employee onboarding and documentation. - Maintain HR records, databases, HRIS updates, and personnel files. - Handle employee queries, letters, and documentation requests. - Track attendance, leaves, confirmations, and probation reviews. - Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs. - Support exit formalities, F&F inputs, and clearance processes. Recruitment Coordination - Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination when required. Compliance & Reporting - Support HR audits, compliance documentation, and preparation of HR reports. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in documentation and records. 🔹Required Skills & Experience - 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws. - Good Excel, documentation, and HRIS skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 🔹Education - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - MBA in HR preferred.
