Role Description

•As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and supporting various accounting activities.

•Candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

•Generation of PI/Tax invoice and updating ledgers.

•Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs.

•Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.

•Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

•Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.

•Process invoices and ensure timely collections from clients.

•Process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and accurate payments to vendors

•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyze variances.

•Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

•Lesioning with government bodies for financial requirement/submission of financial data.

•Effective communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Qualifications

B. Com/ M. Com, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience as Senior Accounts manager/ Experience in CA firm
