Company Overview GEP is a diverse creative team of people passionate about procurement We invest ourselves entirely in our client s success creating strong collaborative relationships that deliver extraordinary value year after year Our clients include market global leaders with far-flung international operations Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises leading government and public institutions We deliver practical effective services and software that enable procurement leaders to maximise their impact on business operations strategy and financial performance That s just some of the things that we do in our quest to build a beautiful company enjoy the journey and make a difference GEP is a place where individuality is prized and talent respected We re focused on what is real and effective GEP is where good ideas and great people are recognized results matter and ability and hard work drive achievements We re a learning organization actively looking for people to help shape grow and continually improve us Are you one of us GEP is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race ethnicity color national origin religion sex disability status or any other characteristics protected by law We are committed to hiring and valuing a global diverse work team For more information please visit us on GEP com or check us out on LinkedIn com What you will do We are seeking an experienced techno-functional Hubspot tech-stack Admin specializing in Marketing Hub and Sales Hub to own manage and optimize the entire Hubspot instance for GEP This role will be instrumental in shaping a high-performing scalable and compliant marketing and sales automation ecosystem The ideal candidate would be proactive strategic and hands-on ready to drive platform excellence across the organization HubSpot Platform Management Own end-to-end administration of HubSpot CRM Marketing Hub and Sales Hub Maintain platform health data integrity and user access controls Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively Document and maintain scalable processes platform standards and internal playbooks Automation Workflow Optimization Design and implement workflows and automations to support lead routing lifecycle stage transitions scoring and alerts Ensure streamlined marketing-to-sales handoffs and optimize pipeline progression processes Build and manage reusable assets like templates snippets lists and sequences Data Integrations Manage integrations with third-party tools e g ZoomInfo Demandbase Outreach Power BI Microsoft 365 Workato Ensure smooth data flow across platforms and implement data enrichment and hygiene best practices Collaborate with marketing ops and sales ops to align tech stack functionality with business objectives Reporting Analytics Create and manage dashboards and reports to track funnel metrics campaign performance and sales engagement Deliver insights to help optimize campaign execution and resource allocation Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to define meaningful KPIs and success metrics Governance Compliance Implement and maintain user roles permissions and audit controls Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance policies e g GDPR CCPA CAN-SPAM Support data governance initiatives by documenting policies and leading user enablement sessions Training Support Serve as the go-to HubSpot subject matter expert across teams Provide onboarding training and support to new and existing users Lead regular sessions to share platform updates tips and performance insights What you should bring Bachelor s Master s degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or related field 7 years of relevant experience in managing Hubspot tech stack preferably in B2B SaaS environment Proficient in HubSpot customizations configurations and administration Strong understanding of CRM Marketing Automation business processes best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels Should have the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Relevant Hubspot certifications Experience with Hubspot reporting analytics and data visualization tools is a plus Familiarity with lifecycle stages lead scoring campaign attribution and UTM source tracking best practices Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing Sales Operations and IT Experience in implementing or optimizinmulti-system tech-stack involving tools like ZoomInfo Demandbase Outreach Power BI or Workato is a plus
