Prithvi Exchange also won the Enterprise Growth Awards 2025 presented by Deloitte India Job Description: We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales officer to oversee our sales team and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales. Responsibilities: - Setting and monitoring sales objectives. - Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans. - Contributing to meeting sales targets. - Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. - Answering customer queries. - Mediating disputes with customers. - Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. - Calling potential customers to explain Insurance products and encourage purchases. - Developing in-depth knowledge of Insurance products. - Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. - Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options. - Analyzing competitors products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success. Requirements: - Previous experience in Insurance. - Experience- 3-5 years - Solid understanding of policies and products. - Be able to provide mentorship. - Strong leadership qualities. - Excellent interpersonal skills
